One of our American customers, a Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry, wanted to develop a new steering sensor.
Our task was to produce 100 of all the mechanical parts of the sensor based on the product model using injection molding technology. For this, we had to work closely with the customer's German product development team. We had to develop the tools and the production process based on the customer's needs and the specified product model. The picture shows the housing and cover parts made in one tool.

As a result of the project, we were able to provide 100 sets of proto-components, experience and tool design, which can also be used in serial production.
