One of our US customers, a Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry, wanted to develop a new steering sensor.

Our task was to produce 100-100 pieces of all mechanical parts of the sensor using injection molding technology, based on the product model. To do this, we had to work closely with the customer's German product development team. We had to develop the tooling and the manufacturing process based on the customer's requirements and the given product model. The picture shows the housing and lid parts made in one mold.

 

As a result of the project, we have been able to provide 100 sets of prototype parts, experience and tooling that can be used in series production.
